If you believe something on Pixira depicts you, a real person without consent, or breaks the law or our Content Policy, tell us and we'll act fast.

Non-consensual or look-alike imagery

Pixira's companions are AI-generated and are not meant to resemble real people. If you believe any image, video or companion depicts you or someone you represent, we'll remove it, normally within 48 hours of a valid request, consistent with the TAKE IT DOWN Act and similar laws.

Send the link or companion name, a description of the problem, and a way to contact you to the address on our Contact page with the subject "Takedown". You don't need to prove anything to start the process. Requests from the person depicted or their authorised representative are prioritised.

Child-safety reports

Reports of content involving minors are reviewed first, within 24 hours, and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required.

Other complaints

For anything else (harassment, illegal content, a billing problem or a complaint about how we handled a report) email the address on our Contact page. We aim to reply within 7 days and will tell you what we did and why. If you disagree with a decision about your own content or account, reply to that email to appeal and a different person will review it.
