Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Pixira ("we", "us"). They apply whenever you visit pixira.ai or use any Pixira service. If you don't agree, don't use Pixira.
1. Adults only
Pixira contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult content where you live (in some places that age is higher, e.g. 19 or 21), and only if viewing such content is legal where you are.
By using Pixira you confirm all of this. We may ask you to verify your age at any time, including through a third-party age-verification provider, and we will close accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.
2. What Pixira is
Pixira lets you chat with AI-generated characters ("companions"), receive AI-generated images, video and audio, and design your own companions.
Every companion is fictional. Every image, video, voice and message from a companion is generated by artificial intelligence. No real person is depicted, and no real person is talking to you. Companions are always portrayed as adults aged 18 or over.
AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate or repetitive. Nothing a companion says is advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise) and nothing they say reflects the views of Pixira.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information, including your real date of birth.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer it.
- Keep your login private. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Rules you agree to
You must follow our Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, you must never attempt to create, request or share anything that involves or suggests a minor, depicts a real person, or depicts non-consensual activity. These attempts are blocked automatically, logged, and can lead to immediate permanent suspension and reports to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
You also agree not to: break the law; harass anyone; reverse-engineer, scrape or overload Pixira; get around limits, paywalls or safety systems (including through "jailbreak" prompts); resell access; or use Pixira to train other AI models.
5. Premium, gems and payment
Some features need a Premium subscription or gems. Prices are shown before you buy and include any applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by our payment partner and appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor.
Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 3 months, or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Premium includes a monthly allowance of gems that resets each month and does not roll over. Gems you buy separately do not expire while your account is open.
Gems are a limited licence to use in-app features. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost if your account is closed for breaking these Terms. See our Billing & Refunds policy for refunds.
6. Content you create
You keep whatever rights you have in the text you write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it, and to use it to run, secure and improve Pixira.
Companions you design and the media generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. Because the output is generated by AI, it may not be protected by copyright and similar output may be generated for other users. We may remove any content at any time.
7. Our content
Pixira's software, design, branding, companions and preset content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms, the law, or put others at risk. Child-safety violations result in permanent termination without refund.
9. Disclaimers
Pixira is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that Pixira will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or appropriate.
Pixira is entertainment. It is not a substitute for human relationships or professional support. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pixira is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Pixira.
12. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Pixira is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pixira after that means you accept the new Terms.
